Marketplace Vendor Policies & Application
Please read the Marketplace Vendor Policies prior to filling out your application. Kasey Morris is our Director of Events and will be reviewing all applications. Once your application is received, Kasey will let you know if you have been accepted. If accepted, Kasey will email you an invoice to pay your vendor fees through Square. All fees must be paid ONE WEEK from receipt of Invoice. If you do not, your application will be considered NOT ACCEPTED and we can fill your spot.

Send photos of products you wish to sell to kasey@carloscreekwinery.com
Complete the application below.
Send us a copy of your ST-19 Form (Sales Tax Form) to kasey@carloscreekwinery.com
Pay your booth fee through the Square Invoice sent to you after acceptance.
